Post A linux dual boot question
Hey guys.

I know linux (specifically xubuntu in my case) can be installed on the same SDD as Windows. But I have a small SDD. I want to put xubuntu onto my SD card. It shows up in the partition selection under xubuntu's install options.

My question is this: if I install to the SD card, will the default BIOS see that the SD is now a bootable drive and thus allow me to select it to boot from? Or will the MBR of the SDD running windows need to be modified?

Please help...

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
