When the wear of the grinding roller and the grinding ring reaches a certain level, adjust the length of the high pressure spring to maintain a constant rolling pressure between the roller and the ring. So as to ensure stable production.
Superfine mill features:
1. The application scope of ultrafine mill is greater than that of jet mill.
2. Compared with other similar mills, the ultra-fine pulverizer increases the rolling pressure of the material by 800-1200Kg under the action of the high-pressure spring.
3, energy saving. With the same yield and fineness, the energy consumption of the system is only one third of that of the jet mill.
4, small investment, high returns. With the same yield and fineness, the price of high-pressure microgrinding is only one-eighth that of a jet mill.
