However, I do not have the technical ability to create a website to utilise them in the manner I have in mind. Therefore I am looking for a someone to assist. In return I am willing to negotiate a sizeable percentage of any potential profits.

Absolutely. The name is very to the point and my intention is to have a dating site that deals with the getting one thing out of the way before people date (you know what I mean - squeaky springs, etc). I intend it to have free sign up and free viewing. The money will be made in interested parties calling each other via premium rate numbers. The site can also contain affiliate links for sidelines.
