Post Paypal refund - is this the longest open dispute ?
Back in April 2006 I made a purchase on ebay paid by paypal, item never arrived, I was down £30. So raised a paypal dispute, only got £15 back at the time, I think they said that was all the funds the person I raised the dispute had in the account at the time. I was that long ago I really can't remember.

Today I got email from paypal saying the remaining £15 had now been credit to my account. I made he purchase on the 18th April and the dispute was raised on 30th April 2006.

Well chuffed at getting the £15 back, as I had written it off to experience, anyone waited longer for a refund?

I assume they've started using the account again and have funds in, hence how I got the refund today :?
