If you have a dispute open, does paypal suspend the ability to send via Instant Bank Transfers?

Ive emailed paypal but I havent had a response as of yet and thought someone on here might know.

is it you that opened the dispute, or them onto you ?

i have 2 open at the moment, and escelated to a claim..

i started them both off, for none recipt, and no contact..

and im still using the account as normal.

As far as I remember from an Item not Received dispute against me, was that the original funds that I received where frozen, and dropped from my total balance. I don't recall any problems with being able to make or receive any payments.

No, You can still transfer money via an Instant Bank Transfer without issues (assuming you still have money in your account after thier freeze :D )

As long as your account is not limited by paypal, you can still transfer money to your bank account.
